Product Pricing & Inventory Accuracy:
Log in or create an account to see pricing. Pricing and inventory accuracy is our main goal, but from time to time human errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors should they occur. We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. All prices and details are subject to change without notice.
Diamond Availability:
Our inventory is spread throughout three major diamond markets in the world. Although our system is updated regularly, we cannot guarantee that every diamond listed on our site is available. If interested in a stone, please confirm availability before promising the stone to your client.
Memo Policy:
Short term memorandums with a bailment period not to exceed 14 days are available to customers with a credit account. To apply for a credit account please click here to download an application. Cash memorandums are available to customers who choose not to open an account or do not qualify for credit. Cash memorandums are paid in full prior to shipping and have a 30 day bailment period to return for a full refund (less outbound shipping).
Shipping Policy:
Shipping and handling is free for all diamond purchases. If requesting a memorandum, your package will include and bill for the outbound shipping. If you purchase the diamond, disregard the outbound shipping bill and pay for the diamond only. If the diamond does not sell, return the stone with payment in full for the outbound shipping.
Return Policy:
All diamonds purchased online have a 30 day no questions asked return policy. As long as the stone is returned in the same state it was delivered, a full refund will be provided. Diamonds purchased more than 30 days ago may be traded in for store credit only.
Policy on "Conflict Diamonds":
David Levy Diamonds proudly participates and adheres to the strict guidelines established by the Kimberley Process to ensure our diamonds are conflict free. We are often sourcing our diamonds directly from the mine and know that our valued partners do not deal in "blood diamonds". Rest assured that we are as concerned as you are about ensuring that all of our diamonds come from an ethical source.
Privacy Policy:
We understand how important your privacy is. All information gathered through this website will never be sold or redistributed in any way. David Levy Diamonds reserves the right to use a third party marketing company to contact you on our behalf. At any time you can opt out of any and all marketing programs.
